Martin's Story

My name is Martin. I'm 44 years old and I live in Los
Angeles. Five months ago I had shoulder surgery done for a work injury. Two months later I
was told I had hepatitis C. Most doctors tell me I've probably had it for years but I know
better. There were mistakes made in the surgery and now it looks like they're trying to
cover it up. I was a healthy, hard
working, heavy equipment mechanic. Now everything has changed. I am pursuing a lawsuit and
am seeking others this has happened to.
